Front Tie Rods

I have an older throwin dirt mod with a nova front clip. I'm having issues with the front tie rods binding. I'm currently using regular tubes with hemi ends on both sides. I have to space the center link side out 1/2" to get it to clear and then I have to space the spindle side down about 2-3" so the hemi doesn't bind up. Then after setting caster on the RF the tie rod wants to rub against the idler arm.

Is there an easier way to mount the tie rods? I see all these different "bent" style tie rods I'm not sure what I would need to fix my problem.
