604 crate spark plugs

Hey guys I have a quick question about spark plugs for the 604 crate. When the motor comes, it comes with AC Delco plugs in it. Are these good plugs to run? Are they already indexed? If not what type of plug would be best?

we use NGK R5724-8

the AC's work fine as well

we have never found a gain with indexing

Given that indexing takes time, something that none of us have enough of, are you saying we simply don't need to be going through the trouble?
What do you think it is about these motors that doesn't lend itself to an advantage through indexing?
