Help Setting the ride height on a 2002 Mastersbilt

Could some one tell me how to set the ride height on a late model and where to measure from. Specifically on a MastersBilt. This is my first last model and I don't have much in the way of knowledgeable help. I would also appreciate some spring recommendations as well.
