The racers from hills of the Ozarks that race at Springfield Raceway really get it on as the USRA A and B Mods raced Thursday night.
There were enough b-mods for a full b-main, I saw some of the best racing in these classes that I have seen all year.
A lot of the credit has to go to Jerry Hoffman, this man wears me out, one minute he is standing beside me talking with someone and the next he is on his four wheeler on the track directing traffic, driving the water truck, or I see him eating a hotdog two feet away, and again he's is off taking someone for a ride in the two seater. Good job Jerry the work payed off Thursday night, great track, great racing. Enjoy.
