Can anyone tell me where the measure the ride height on a Mastersbilt?

lower control arm to underside of frame rail on front

cage sleeve to underside of rail on rear

really on the cage sleeve i was to the understanding it was axle tube?

It might be. You have cage where you need to measure, so that is how I have always done it.
