Metric monte carlo setup info?

I have a metric stock 4 link car. Has weight jacks, outboard shocks. I run on small bullring tracks, I was wandering if anyone had some ballpark starter setups? %'s, ride height, springs, shocks etc. Also where on the chassis do you check the ride height? Thanks

How much does car weigh , what size tire and wheel width , is it stock location upper and lower arms in front of car and in back , is it stock bushings front and rear ??? I check ride height in front where frame turns back to rear of car , and in back where frame turns up in front of tire.
