FASTRAK NE “Night of Fire” Double Header Weekend Concludes Tonight at Mercer Raceway Park

(Mercer, Pennsylvania) – FASTRAK Companies International is thrilled to announce the FASTRAK Northeast Touring Division will be back in action tonight for the 11th race on the 2013 schedule at Mercer Raceway Park to close out the Double Header “Night of Fire” Weekend with almost $18,000 Purse up for grabs in 2 great days of racing. We will be returning for the last time in 2013 at the 3/8th mile clay oval in the “Keystone State” of Pennsylvania Saturday night August 10th paying $1,500 to win.
Dave Scott is the most recent winner on the FASTRAK Northeast Touring Division at Mercer back in March winning the “Chiller-Thriller” which was the 2013 Season Opener for both Mercer and FASTRAK Northeast. There was an event scheduled for April but RAIN caused the event to be POSTPONED until tonight. The weather forecast today is spectacular. Abundant sunshine and not a chance of any “wet stuff” as the FASTRAK Northeast Touring Division prepares to excite the “FASTRAK Universe” for the final visit at Mercer Raceway Park.
We would like to thank Bill Altman, Frank Benic and the entire race staff at the Mercer Raceway Park for having the FASTRAK Northeast Touring Division at the 3/8th mile this year and for putting on some spectacular racing. Don’t forget they run that Mercer Raceway Park is continuing the Weekly Late Models under the FASTRAK Racing Series sanctioning banner the remainder of their 2013 race season.
