what is the benefit of lowering the j bar on both sides. does it give you more foreward bite?

It should tighten the car in and through the center. Don't think it will give more forwad drive though.

what is the benefit of lowering the j bar on both sides. does it give you more forward bite? Don't know that i'd call it a benefit necessarily, but lower the j-bar both ends induces more body roll. Forward bite is found in other adjustments, like percentages, LR bite, bar angles, spring/shock packages etc...
