Just bought a car and the Bert transmission works fine most of the night. But after a feature with mostly green flag laps when I go to put it in low it has pedal pressure and reacts as if I was pressing it. Guessing something is heating up and creating the pressure. What do you think it could be? The car is a rocket with standard locations for clutch master cylinder and line not run close to anything. Fresh type f in trans too. Not sure what's up with it.

Clutch pack shimmed too tight or has a clutch disk hanging in the drum. Take side cover off and watch the travel in the clutches. Needs 3/16-1/4", hope this helps!

my falcon did this. after the feature when I went to low it wouldn't stop. like I was pressing the pedal. I changed the master cyl. is fine now, the old one was bad

Ok thanks! I will check the disk and travel and if they look ok I will try a new master cyl.

there is a very tiny hole in the bottom of the MC, next to the bigger hole, it is probably plugged with dirt. This is the bleed hole for the line pressure relief. It is there so when your clutch fluid heats up, it will release the pressure off the line to keep it at zero and not release the clutch or in your case apply it.

Yep either the return bleed is plugged in the master or there is no free play between the pedal and master and it is keeping the bleed closed.
