Mastersbilt LR Birdcage Location?

Have 03 Mastersbilt and I need to know the LR location of the Birdcage. They are WFM cages. Need to know what measurement is and how and were to measure from to install. No updates have been done to the rear. Thanks

Shock mount should be 7.5" inboard from inside edge of brake rotor.
