Anyone using one? I have one here that it seems the cap does not fit correctly and it pushes water out the overflow as soon as it builds any pressure. The cap is fine, it is a Moroso that was used on a AFCO radiator with no problems and I tried a new one - same Moroso part - and it did the same.

The cap seals against the opening of the radiator at the bottom of the neck. Make sure it's clean and deburred. bber seal on the cap to for cracking or splitting. Another thing upi can check, measure accurately with a depth mic or calipers from top of the neck to the part where the cap seals and compare that to a known good one like the AFCO. I wonder if Keyser uses a standard cap or perhaps they have a proprietary design rendering standard caps in operable.
