ATTENTION TO ALL FASTRAK RACE TEAMS AND FANS!!!!!

**FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE** October 11th, 2013 FASTRAK PR

(Carnesville, Georgia) – Beckley Motorsports Park has decided to not pay the teams or the series for the World Championship weekend. We have already hired an attorney to work on the teams behalf just like the rule book states on page 5.

They were supposed to give us a check Saturday night after the race just like everyone does. Ok it was late Saturday by the time we tore all three engines down. Brian called Sunday and Joe Jackson told him they were counting a lot of cash and could they just overnight us a check Monday? We agreed not thinking anything was wrong. They would not answer a phone call or answer a text all day Monday. We waited until 12:00 for overnight Tuesday then Brian took off headed that way. He saw Joe and Billie Joe Jackson on Weds around 2:00 and before Joe started to hand him a check he said "I've already been to see a lawyer". Lawyer? Why? Then he was quick to say "You know the trial will be in WV"?

The check he handed Brian was significantly short of the contracted amount so Brian had to leave it. It’s a neat little legal loophole that if you accept a cashier’s check that way that the debt is paid in full, but we are a little more savvy than that. Brian headed out to take all the paperwork to an attorney in WV the next morning. We were prepared since they had not been taking our calls.

Now unfortunately we have to wait to get the drivers money and the series money. We already paid out over $14,000 on the tracks behalf from Friday night plus we paid the $1000 to the King of the Hill winner and also we brought sponsorship to pay for the Engine Builders 25 non qualifiers race.

They actually told people they made money, and then they just keep the drivers and series money from us????? That's not their money to keep. It’s the teams and the series.

We are taking legal action against them. That's all I can say at this point. Joe Jackson is a West Virginia State Trooper and he is supposed to be a representative of the state. This does not look good to anyone. Not the city Of Beckley WV, not the state of WV and not the Troopers in WV and none of them deserve that. People like this need to be out of racing forever.
