Kinzer Motorsports Wraps Up 2013 Racing Season with Deep Fried 75

(ALLEN, KENTUCKY) The Kinzer Motorsports team and driver Brandon Kinzer wrapped up their 2013 campaign on November 15-16 at the Duck River Raceway Park in Wheel, Tennessee. The 2nd Annual 'Deep Fried 75' took place over the weekend at DRRP and a $10,000 winner's check was up for grabs. Brandon started his weekend on Friday night by timing in fourteenth quickest in Group B during qualifying and later advancing up to fourth to grab the final transfer spot in his heat race behind prelim victor Josh Putnam, Tony Morris, and Daniel Miller.

After starting the 75-lap main event on Saturday from the outside of the eighth row, Brandon had his sights set on a strong run in his season finale. Unfortunately, BK's #18 MB Customs machine was bounced around like a ping pong ball early in the race and he went down a lap to the leaders, who were setting an ultra-fast pace. The Allen, Kentucky native eventually retired from the 'Deep Fried 75' in the twenty-third position. Full results from Duck River can be viewed online at www.duckriverracewaypark.com.

Brandon and his #18 team officially entered twenty-six (26) Dirt Late Model events during the course of the 2013 racing season and racked up six (6) Top Fives and twelve (12) Top Tens along the way. While Brandon was held out of victory lane in ’13, he did post one (1) runner-up performance and five (5) third place efforts. His best finish of second came back on June 1 at the nearby 201 Speedway in Sitka, Kentucky. You can view all of Brandon’s finishes by pointing your web browser to www.brandonkinzer.com.
