which one is better ???? braced off of tube or off of right frame rail

Either way will work if you are running a 5th coil. If you are using it as a brake bar only, you should go back to the axle tube. The brace off to the side will bind up, if you are using a pullbar for acceleration, because of so much pinion angle change. I have seen the side brace pull the lift bar over on top of the middle door bar, from so much movement.

Brace off the tube running a J-bar with little rake and low rear steer will likely be the most forgiving . JME
