If anyone has a connection to any political people please tell them about this trustee and tell them that his tatics, conduct and morals need to be looked into, not only from this case but countless other cases...

does sound pretty shady. the real estate man is trying to back out of his deal now.

Think the real estate guy is just looking for leverage. With McDowell and his guy out of the picture, and probably nobody wanting to keep it a track approaching an offer of 1.1 million, he may have realized he was bidding against himself.

No inside info, just a thought.

I believe thats a bulls-eye B_K. Run off the competition and then crawfish on $$$ to get it cheaper. I know its not likely, but still hope something changes for the good of the track.

It seems as if the trustee tried to keep the real estate guy and the racing guys bidding against each other. But when McDowell and Duplissey went and bought Boyd's the real estate guy may have suddenly realized he no longer has any competition.

your right he wants it to bring more because he gets 15 percent of the final sale. This aint the first deal he has shoot himself in the foot on. he gets blinded with dollar signs....MAYBE THAT REAL ESTATE OFFER WAS PHONEY FROM THE GET GO!!!!

Does anyone think Cleveland is to run down to race? The trustee said that in a tv interview.Another article was on news channel 12 this past week. The trustee basically said he would sell it to anyone to satisfy the creditors who are owed money...

Guys, I heard that the real estate guys offer doesn't exist. His name was used to try and up the only bidders offer up. The only bid that was put in was an $800K offer by Duplissy and then a fake offer came in for 1.1 million. Why would a "business man" bid $300K mor when he only had to up it $100K??? Do the math, it's called unethical!!! If he is JUST wanting to satisfy the creditors and not his and others sorry a$$e$ involved, then he should of ripped the $800K out of Duplissy's hand.

I have been preaching this for a while now.The guy and his superiors that I have mentioned before are nothing but thieves who prey on victims and try to steal every penny every way they can...like I said that group needs to be investigated...all these delays that they do the state pays them when they come to court and guess where that money comes from the working tax payers...

like I said that guy likes his 15 percent....he will lie, trick, and tell you anything you would never make me believe that a person who is in a position of justice would have morals, tatics and conduct like he has shown.
