Looking at some parts and the 2 diff Mfg. One uses 4130 the other 4135. Is the 4135 that much better for the extra cost?

Thanks !!

For future reference, the last two digits in a steel coding number is the percent carbon in the type of steel. So the 4135 has 5% more carbon than the 4130. More carbon in a casting to a degree can be hardened more.

Just to ramble on... the first digit stands for the type of metal used in the casting, in this case, 4 stands for Moly, if I am remembering the info right. The second digit is amount of substances in casting that can change the steel attributes.
