Bearing Spacers

How do you install bearing spacers in wide 5 hubs? Anybody ever used these?

Anybody that has used them on a late model are they worth purchasing? What's the opinion on these?

They are nice. Bit of a pain to get set right in the hub at first but after that they are smooth.
