Throw out Bearing

Running a Chevy 350 3 speed / stock pressure plate.....whats a good hydraulic bearing to get? I have a racing bearing, it is too thick. Am getting different responses as to what kind of throw out bearing to run. Whats your opinion??

I use these Howe bearings, only replaced once after 4 seasons. Same setup saginaw 3speed stock clutch. I had to use an old midplate as a spacer between engine and bellhousing.
