Appalachian Mountain Speedweek welcomes Ernie D’s Enterprises and DirtonDirt.com as 2014 Marketing Partners.

The Appalachian Mountain Speedweek, in conjunction with Bob and Diane Harbaugh, is proud to announce that Martinsburg, West Virginia’s Ernie D’s Enterprises and Bloomington, Illinois’s DirtonDirt.com have signed on to help enhance this year’s edition of the popular Mid-Atlantic series that is entering its sixth year of operation.

Ernie and Connie Davis, who are well-respected in the racing community, have come on board to present The Ernie D’s Enterprises Fast Time award at all four of the series shows. The businessman, former driver, car owner and now track promoter, along with his wife Connie will present $200 to the driver who turns in the quickest qualifying lap during time trials for all of the $4,000 to win $400 to start Speedweek events.

After testing the waters last year, DirtonDirt.com has expanded their sponsorship of the Harbaugh Amusement Appalachian Mountain Speedweek. This year the driver who advances the most positions in the feature from their original starting position will receive an extra $200 from the Illinois-based website.

Dirtondirt.com is an affordable subscription-driven web site that specializes in Late Models 24 hours a day, seven days a week, featuring stories, videos, photographs and insight that you will not find anywhere else. The site is updated every day with the latest news and results. DirtonDirt.com’s driver interviews, both local and national, along with its popular inexpensive PPV of Dirt Late Model races throughout the county are second to none. With a monthly subscription costing less than 0.28 cents a day ($8.35 per month), or an even better deal at $69.99 per year, there is no reason for any late model fan not to have a subscription.

“We are honored to have Ernie and Connie Davis as well as Michael and his staff at DirtonDirt.com be a part of our series in 2014” stated co-promoter Kurt Smith. “The association we have with both Ernie D’s Enterprises and DirtonDirt.com add a lot of credibility to our Speedweek. They are all just great people to work with and even bounce ideas off of” added Smith.

“Everyone associated with this series loves this sport and tries very hard to make this sport better, not just for the drivers, but the fans and race tracks also”
