Can someone define "Rake" for me?

Its the difference between 2 measuring points. Like the rake in a panhard bar is the difference in measurement from floor to the bolt on the pinion and from the floor to the bolt on the other end on frame. Some reference rake in the ride hts, from front to the rear where the rear is higher. Hopefully that is what your talking about. Good luck.

Try to keep the rake of the panhard bar minimal as possible. Excessive panhard rake can cause rear bump steer issues and improper weight transfer to the RR in dynamic.

could also be the difference in ride heights from front to back of car.
rear of course being a bit higher.

OR......One of the various tools a race team has in their trailer to remove the massive amount of clay scraped off of their car after hot laps.

Those are some good answers, I guess the OP didn't like any of the answers. Oh well.
