Assuming a true swing arm (all springs mounted on arms)

lf - 500 to 650 rf- 500
lr 300 to 400 rr 350 to 400

You can run 12" springs everywhere.

With the linear behavior of the suspension, you can make large spring rate changes. You may need a very stiff lf to tighten entry depending on laydown shocks and other factors.
