Rocket Ride Height Question

I have a 2002 Black Front End Rocket. I currently have the ride heights set to the 2012 set-up book, but I was told I should lower the RR Ride Height to the "Old" height instead of 6 3/4" as the book calls for. I'm using the newest style TWM Birdcages. I have an older set up book that says the RR Ride height should be 6 1/4". Rear springs are 200LR and 225 RR.

Any suggestions on the RR Ride height and what I should set it at?

With the rr lower in scaling position on frame, rr lower 4 link should be level to +2* uphill to front. Measure rr ride height ,and use that #.
