Would a pinion snubber be legal to run on an IMCA northern sportmod with multi-leaf rear they claim no other suspension than the spring but would that be considered suspension?

no form of any stops would make that illegal.

Is there anyway to run some sort of a torque arm on a leaf car that would be legal?

No not in IMCA. Afco makes a reinforced front segment leaf spring to help with wrap up but I've heard mixed results as to how well they work. I think if you get the right spring rate on the car they are great but if you're off on rate they are worse than standard springs.

I've got the 166 reinforced front on the lr and I had the 152 on the rr and I didnt have to a lot of forward drive so I am going to put the 142 afco in the rr hopefully that will help
