Has anyone ventured into the 14" to 15" range on the blue front rockets alot of guys r looking like alot more than 13.5" inches now and r fast as heck. Any thoughts?

That is a ton. Most fast cars are actually running less than a few years ago.

I agree with the two previous posters.
The drop where measured is from axle tube to frame rail. What you see when viewing the car from the infield is a different "measurement" that is affected by other things: how much the RR is down and how much the RF down being the two most prominent.
Too much drop is going to get your LR upper bar angle past 45 degrees. You start to get diminishing returns in forward bite once you go past 45 degrees of dynamic bar angle. You also run the risk of camming the birdcage over and tearing some stuff up. I've seen it happen.
