3100# metric tight on tacky track

I need a quick fix for a tacky hooked up track in my Monte Carlo. I like my car to be a little tight for the features because it seems to be more consistent and I don't have to worry about forward bite, but in the heat race when it's still tacky I'm losing too much corner speed because I have to back off the throttle too much and use the brake to get it to set. Seems like last week the longer I stayed off the gas the better the car would rotate but since I'm down on motor I need every bit of corner speed I can get. I was thinking of putting a spring rubber in the left front maybe for the heat? Something easy to change for the feature

Throttle turn it if there's that much bite in the track!

Space the RF in one inch or space the RR out 1 inch.

The easy way out would be more stagger to get it to come out of the push in the middle of the turn, but as Todd said, throttle turning would be the best way to get speed out of it. If you can adjust your brake bias with a knob/adjuster, send most of it to the rear as well, it can be changed as fast as you can turn your wrist and count from 1-14.

Put a 2" offset on rr, add stager at least an inch or 2, increase rr air pressure abit, more rear brake bias ( stab brakes and pitch it in) RF brake shutoff. Just a few of the easier effective things. A stiffer lf spring (rubber) may make initial entry tighter due to the rr staying loaded more.

Added some stagger put a spring rubber in the right front seemed to work alright.. Didn't have time to try the rr spacer

Throttle turning is the best way to keep speed and get good drive off... Keeps the car loaded up through the corner as well...
