I need to add about 65 #'s to my car to make min weight and was wondering where the best place to add weight to the car would be without throwing my scale numbers to bad?

Put the car on the scales and just lay the weights on the decking to see where you can put it without upsetting the car. Probably above/around the tranny in most cars. Once you see the locations that work for you, you can decide on where to actually mount them.

Straight beside the seat on the tunnel

if you only want to add weight for minimum weight I'd keep it in the tunnel above the driveshaft. keep it out of the drivers compartment for safety reasons.

Yeah that's what is good about this section: you can get alot of good ideas or be like how in the heck did you come up with that..

If possible, find a place where you can mount it lower, and higher. It's a good experiment for when the track conditions change and you need to make it move around a little more.
