If you have nothing to go off of, this should hopefully get you in the ballpark...Springs: LF 500#, RF 350#, RR 225#, LR 200# or 225#. Camber: LF 2-3* pos, RF 4-6* neg. Caster: LF 1.5-1.75* pos, RF- @ 2.5-2.75* pos (or so, based on feel). Toe: @ 1/2". J-Bar: 8 3/4" up on frame, even with pinion on rear-end (maybe 1/2" below). Weight %: LS- @ 53.5-54.0%, Tail- 53.5-54.0%, around 80-100# of bite (LR). Ride Heights: w/S7 Spindles- 3.5" on LF and RF, RR- 7 3/8", LR- Depends on bite (@ 7 3/4"). There's no great magic in any one thing, but my personal experience has shown that the J-Bar and RF Spring can mess you up the worst, so try to stay consistent with those. Have you raced the car already? If so, what did it tell you it might need? There's about a hundred other things to measure, check...hopefully this helps a bit. You can search for old posts too...a lot of MB info on here. There are a couple of others that post regularly on here that consistently have good/reliable input.
