Set up help!!! 02 Rocket

Heres the deal. the front end has been apart for 3 years. I had all the bars ans spacers laid out where they went. My folks cleaned up and put it all in the a box. I have installed all new 1 peice lowers and upper A arms with ball joints. What i cant remember is where all the spacers go (different thickness) and rod lenghts from that come off the rack. Any info would really help.

Right upper control arm = 8-1/4" w/ 5/8" spacer
Left upper control arm = 11-1/4"
Right tie rod is 16" tube w/ 5/8 heims pre-set to 19-1/2" from center of heim to center of heim
Left tie rod is 12" tube w/ 5/8" heims adjusted to give you 3/8" to 1/2" toe out
LF caster +1.5, LF camber +5.5, RF caster +3.5, RF camber -5.5
