what the best way to put gas in afco shocksalso when afco sent them they seem ti have some gas in them should car be in air or on the ground

Buy an inflator/bleed tool designed for shocks or bicycle forks. Put a regulator between that inflator tool and the nitrogen tank.
Gas pressure should be set with the shaft extended.

Probably the best deal you will find on an inflation tool. Integra sells the exact same thing for double the price.

Made my own for $50. Looks just like Afcos but has better gauge. You can get the needle valve part from a tire dist.
