Rocket birdcage location

I have a 03 black front rocket and I need help on birbcage location such as lower shock eye to back of rotor or anything that would help. I have shocks set at 18* but it don't look right. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Mine on my 05 is 7" on the right side and 7-5/8" on the left. That is from the back side of the rotor to the center of the lower shock mount.
