The ones Bert and brinn are using now are from a 93 Toyota corrolla 1.8L. The ones from Mason were the bigger starters from the 22r motors. At least this is what my research has uncovered, and be careful, not all the starters from the parts house are the same, they have sutle differences that will still work for their intended application, but are not a direct replacement for the bert(mainly the bendix is different and won't fit the Bert nose cone. I have done a handful of my own because I think the new starters from Bert and brinn are all just remans anyway, might as well save some money and get one your self. I prefer carquest brand stuff, but found a delco number that says it is new not reman on rock auto, n- 3371091. Hope this helps

Very doable! 4 bolts, watch for the bearings to slide out when you pull it apart. You need to pull the cover off the other end and silicone the wires to the side of the housing for vibration purposes.
