Correct the anti-dive on the upper control arms for starters. Just drill a new front mounting hole to drop the front of the control arm level with the rear. This is something simple though.

There are some guys that use a Ford LTD lower on the RF instead of the Camaro lower with great success, but it takes some work to get it all in there right.

If you are new to racing, do not start changing the front end to the latest and greatest tricks you hear of. Get used to the car before messing with it, and always change a little at a time to see how the car reacts.

Making a car a front runner takes more than tricks and parts. It takes setup and driving ability as well.

Start out with beginning to correct your front end geometry and then go from there. This includes correcting the anti-dive issue and getting bumpsteer within reason. This can be done with the Allstar Camaro adjustable centerlink (if your rules allow OEM type replacement parts) and the shim kit they sell. You will figure out more tricks in time, but the basics are where you want to start.
