How will a 1in wheel spacer work on the left front?

What are you trying to accomplish? Spacing out the LF is going to increase your scrub radius on that corner, and I don't see that being a good thing.

It loads the right rear tire more. It works I've tried it.

If you know, why are you asking?

If you know, why are you asking?Just seeing if anybody has been doing it.

Wasn't trying to be a jerk. Just wondered why he asked if he already knew the results......even though I'm not so sure I agree with it.

I'm with HuckleberryB4, but now I'm curious what the answer is. By moving the contact patch away from the spring you've decreased weight at that corner, which should in turn decrease weight at the opposite corner (RR). Through and off the corner we most often have our front wheels turned to the right, which considering spindle roll (jacking effect of caster) we have again lightened our LF, which I would actually guess could be magnified with the wheel further out...maybe I missed something?

Just as putting it on the RF tightens the car, I have found it loosened entry to middle off the gas.

Jack, you may have spent too much time at Happy Hour today.

In theory, because you widening the front track width, you are decreasing weight transfer to the RF. Therefore, you are keeping more weight on the LF, your car should be tighter on entry. I personally haven't tried it but I have thought about doing it.

Lateral weight transfer, especially when looking at a typical independent suspension, is the enemy of grip.

I agree to a point, but you would have to consider track conditions and tire compound.

The wheel that sticks out toward the wall, the car will follow, stick rf out will tighten as rf goes toward wall stick rr our same as lf the rr toward wall so it will loosen
