i run h500's on my southern sport mod, 2400lb car.
the track ran some g-60 only races and our air pressure was about 5lbs lower with the g60s. The h500 sidewall is really soft and flexible, so you might be running too low and riding the sidewall.
We run 14-16 on the RR with the H500

On a 3200 lb SS, you do not want to go any lower than 18 psi on the right side.

I had 18 psi in rr I believe the soft sidewall and that its trying to run on sidewall because its taking the white off of half the Hoosier?

That could be it. You do not want the tire to roll over on the sidewall past the dot in the i in the Hoosier painted on the side.

I guess I'll just try running more air pressure? Thanks.
