Anyone know how the 3 LR shocks are setup on the Pierce Cars?

I would guess the 3rd one is on a clamp bracket in front. I have seen that before. But not specifically on a Pierce.

On my pierce its on a clamp on top of the axle tube, it is a monotube shock though.
