Hagerstown Speedway Racing Vans to help Breast Cancer Awareness???? That’s right race fans, vans at Hagerstown Speedway. Promoter Ernie Davis has put a little twist on this new division. The vans will race a limited schedule but between the van races you can buy a chance to get behind the wheel of a racing van at the speedway. If your ticket is selected you will be racing the following weekend. The speedway will have two racing vans that race fans will have a chance to race. If you get behind the wheel you will be on the track with other competitors in the van division. The proceeds will benefit Breast Cancer Awareness. Promoter Ernie Davis, “This is a great way to get fans involved and give to a great cause.” You can build a van to race but before doing so please contact ARC Racing for a detailed list of rules or visit our web site. The rules will be posted before the end of January. Please note that the vans will not race until a few weeks into the season. This division will be called the “Van”dits. The Hagerstown Speedway schedule will be posted before the end of January but as you wait here are a few dates that are confirmed: March 8th (Sunday) – 1pm – Season Opener with Super Late Models, Late Model Sportsman and Pure Stocks.
