Mingo County Speedway shooting for an April 1st opening

In West "By God" Virginias the new Mingo County Speedway will open for 2015 is what I'm hearing.

HUMM! that is Aprils Fool day.

Last I heard was that they had the funding in place & was supposed to start construction July 31, 2013.

That funding was used for bail money I think.
