Late Model Mania at Lavonia (Sux)

Adding Lavonia to my list of "Never Again". Seven hours for three races???? The track was a dust bowl after hot laps, and they spent time trying to kill the slight bit of moisture left on the back stretch. Then spent 90 min. when the timing system failed. (You'd think someone would have brought a stop watch as a back-up) Compounding the scene: the Fastrak crate drivers forgot how to race over the winter. Less than half the cars finished in all three races.

Who won ? Sounds like the track was in a little better shape than the last time I went,when I added it to my list.But at least they are racing and tryng to keep the place open.Maybe thing will get better
