setting 2 link brackets

What is the right way to set 2 link brackets on a 9"? Running a 3 link sport mod and changing from locked bird cages to 2 link clamp on brackets and just curious as to what is the right wany to do it.

level the chassis set your pinion angle and then your brackets should be level
