My car calls for a Howe 22419 lower ball joint for press in lowers. I have a set of screw in lowers. What Howe part number do I need?

I had the same problem on my car several years ago. I had to call them and they said as long as the balls on the studs are the same(1.625) then you can put any stud in any socket so there wasn't a PN for it but they were able to send me what I needed anyway at no additional cost. It was basically a Chrysler style upper BJ socket with the stud that matches the Howe 22419 stud length. If your spindles are already reamed to a specific taper you might want to have that handy so the tech guys can match it up.
I looked on their web site and they are calling them "hybrids". I still couldn't find a PN for you though,

Does Howe 22410 sound about right? I have 1 I will put it together with and measure spindle height.

The 22410 is indeed a screw in, 2' taper, 1.187 from the center of ball to the start of the taper. 3.57 long
The 22419 is a press in, 2' taper, 1.356 front center of ball to start of taper. 4.31 long
That's 11/64th taller which you can likely make up by reaming although I doubt it makes a worthy difference on a dirt car.
Did they give you a measurement? Something like 1 1/4 inches from the top of the control arm to the bottom of the spindle hole?
I'd call them anyway because they may have something better suited but I think the 22410 is close enough.
