Can tracks make this much in more ticket sales, unless of course sponsors have stepped up to pay the money, it's not that big of deal though as I heard Fairbury paid Owens show up money at last years PDC.

I've seen bloomer hit the wall by himself at EB and spin out by himself at lasalle this year... that should be enough for everyone to start doubting him. I'll check back with you guys after the big pay day races in the year. It's all just a test session for bloomer!

The Slocum 50 is a benefit race and I'm glad that racers support it. It may just not be as easy as some think to steal that money. I don't remember seeing Bloomer win that race in the last few years. Birky and Bobby Pierce but no Bloomer. Since those two aren't going to be there this year, he may have a chance.

Bloomquist said last night in the post race he was supporting the slocum. And yes he is already there doing what else....... Watching that grader and water truck go around.

This is only the 2nd year I believe the Slocum has been an open race. Used to be an imca deery brothers race.

If you stopped and thought about it,it wasn't too hard to figure out where Bloomer would be tonight. J&J Steel used to be on Bloomer's cars. Johnny Johnson was backing Brent Slocum and Johnny also promoted 34 Raceway.

No ranting here. Two posts saying he's getting 10 stacks for pulling in the gate(sounds like 10 grand to me). I give him credit for the win last night but why would you pull up and leave unless you were getting paid to race somewhere else. No crow eaten here.
