Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series at Chandler Rescheduled for May 2
Glasgow, KY-April 26, 2015- The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series will return to action this Saturday night May 2 at Chandler Motor Speedway in Chandler, IN for a $1,500 to win/$200 to start event. The event was originally scheduled for last Saturday April 25, but was postponed due to inclement weather. This will be the tour’s first-ever visit to Chandler Motor Speedway.
The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series will make its first-ever appearance at Chandler Motor Speedway in Chandler, IN on Saturday May 2 and the event will feature the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series in a full program of practice, A-B group time trials, qualifying heats, B-Mains, and a 30 lap, $1,500 to win/$200 to start A-Main. Other divisions joining the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series at Chandler Motor Speedway on Saturday May 2 will be 410 Non Wing Sprint Cars, Street Stocks, and other local divisions. The series entry fee is $50 and is for the Modified division only.
Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series May 2 Chandler Motor Speedway A-Main Payout: 1st- $1,500, 2nd- $750, 3rd- $600, 4th- $550, 5th- $500, 6th- $450, 7th- $400, 8th- $350, 9th- $325, 10th- $300, 11th- $275, 12th- $250, 13th- $230, 14th- $220, 15th- $200, 16th- $200, 17th- $200, 18th- $200, 19th- $200, 20th- $200, 21st- $200, 22nd- $200.
Activities for the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series event at Chandler Motor Speedway on Saturday May 2 will see the pit area and general admission area open 4:30 p.m. The drivers meeting will be at 6:30 p.m., with practice set to begin immediately following the drivers meeting, with time trials at 7:00 p.m., and green flag racing at 7:30 p.m. All times listed are Central Daylight Times. Ticket prices for the event at Chandler Motor Speedway on Saturday May 2 in the general admission area will be $15 for adults, while a pit pass will be $30.
