Rick Scheffler took the lead from Ted Dolhun sr on the 2nd lap and held off his son Taylor Scheffler (in only his 3rd Late Model Start) and hard charging Tim Buhler (started 10th) to pick up the opening night feature win at the Plymouth Dirt Track. The only caution of the event came on the initial start when 3rd starting Mitch McGrath hit the turn 3 tires and came to a stop forcing him the restart at the tail of the field.
MSA 360 feature winner: Donny Goeden.
Grand National Sportsmen feature winner: Don Sorce.
