3/8 mile dirt track, street stock monte carlo, 3 link rear with 9" floater. Panhart bar has to be mounted to the frame on the RR and cannot be less than 28" long. What effect does it have to raise the bar on the frame mount and also lowering the bar on the frame mount. Also, how about bar length, should the bar ne mounted right to the frame or moved over toward the left side, or should the mount be near the center of the rear end? Need a lot more forward bite. Car did it's best last night on a dry slick track but it is spinning the rear tires.

You're not going to get a lot of forward bite from the panhard bar.On the mods and l/m we measure from the 90/10 plate to the r/s frame rail to set rear end location.Raising your r/s mount moves the rear end to the left when the car rolls over. The more the rear is moved left generally gives more forward bite.you will have to work with your l/s wieght and bite.

Made a slight change in the setup. Took a 45# weight off the RR and put a 35# weight just behind the LF high on the roll cage. Wow, what a difference, LF no longer is in the air upsetting the car. Just stab the brake starting in the turn and nail the throttle, the car just leaps forward now. We do not have scales to set it up.

Just a guess but l/s when up around 2% ,bite increased 50lbs

The last time we had it on a set of scales, it had 340# bite without the driver in it.
