Carb Question

I have a 331 CID SBC with a 750 cfm 4 barrel with vacuum secondaries. There is a guy selling a holley ultra 650 cfm 4 barrel with mechanical secondaries for 500 dollars. Will that carb run my motor fine. We are running race gas 114.

The smaller Carb would probably aid in drivability over the bigger one assuming both were optimized.

how many rpm are you turning it? I would think you would have to turn it 8500 to get it to run.
