I have watched Phil race and even watched his dad Bob race..what a great family..anyway I'd like to see Tom Smith put Phil line in one of his crate cars... Phil is one heck of a driver I really am glad to see him back at kankakee when he lives one mile away and was driving to farmers city...glad to see u back...smitty put him in A CRATE....

Phil and family are nice people....as a matter of fact great people...im proud to call them friends...he does well with very little funds...ive seen him pick up an a-frame that a late model guy threw out and go straighten it....he can sure drive...has good equipment now but hasnt always and has done good with what he's had...rock on #66

I remember Phil from way back when, running Limited Late Models at LaSalle and Kankakee. As I recall he was pretty legit...and a decent guy.
