550lf 350rf 225 across the rear. 60 to 80 lbs of bite. 54.5 to 55% l.s. 53 to 53.5 rear %.left top short bar 16.75 in left bottom bar 15 in. Right top bar 18.5in right bottom bar 15.5 in. Jbar at about 8in and center line of the pininon. 300 to 400 on the 5th coil depending on track conditions. That should get u darn close.

400 350 175 250 53 rear 55.5 left no SHORT LRU will overtighten the car. and lenghten right sides .5" Jbar 1 up from pinion level 8 3/4 frame, 250 5th all the way back 80 bite you have the keep these free and turning

It all depends on driving style and track conditions. I think with the q75 and 250 across the rear u r tighten up ur entry way too much.

Try them both but the 400 and pinion differences and RS bars keeps it free 225 -250 on a rocket crate will be fine either works the crate doesn't have the HP to twist it up as easy the shocks and 175 help the car get up the LR isn't doing much on entry for a crate being you want to drive straight and not set it down much because you don't have the HP to get it up and the 250 I where I find they normally end up to keep it free off the 400 is for entry and the fact you aren't carrying the speed to travel the car. The black really isn't a good chassis for a crate because of they way they have to be driven they work but there are better options like Orange or blue.

I've got an 05 and my setup is very close to what 7up is describing. I just run 300 RF to get quick weight transfer, which works well, especially in the slick. As he said, lengthen the right sides 1/2 inch, as this will help you turn thru the center. My most common at-the-track adjustment is the right upper bar, which I raise when the track is heavy. I initially tried the recommended Rocket Setup and found that it works wonderfully with an open motor, but not so much with Crate. Gotta free that thing up big time!

What size tracks do you normally race on 7uptrackracer? Just curious as my setup is pretty close to yours aside from a couple of springs.

3/8 flat to slight banking heavy most the time just get to the point they blow off. only one local is 1/2 mile and it stays pretty moist. One 3/8 gets super black but we dont go there much

The 350 Rf is just a good baseline thats not necessarly what i run

Gotcha... the tracks I've mostly ran at so far has been 1/3 mile high bank tracks that are heavy early and usually dry slick by the feature. I wouldn't mind running a lower spring rate on my RF, but I'm already bottoming out a little with the 350. I need to get mine the new updates over the winter.
