i know this is a mod page but need help with a three link pro stock. 3200 lb car 55%left 55%rear 49.5 cross 68 lbs lr bite. springs 1000lf 1100rf 225lr 175rr. shocks lf5-3 rf3-5 lr8-2 rr3-5. upper link solid@18* both lowers @ 5*. j bar not sure of rake though. lacking drive off any help appreciated dont think theres that many guys on the stock page running three links.

your upper link if this is bar from top of rear end to frame then that is prob the problem. Go to a progressive spring link, mount lr spring in front of axle and shock behind, rr spring behind shock in front. on j bar use first hole below center of pinion, pass side, and around 7 degrees up to frame. on dr's side. My opinion your car is a little heavy on the left, and a little light on bite. I like 52% l and 100# bite

Thanks for the input but top link must be solid and springs must be in stock location on top of rear

I will check the jbar though think it has more rake than that I will move it down a hole or two on the frame

that will be tuff with a solid 3rd link.

Move th pull bar as far to the left side as you can, run more bite as well. On a tacky track I always ran 120# with a solid pull bar, on slick I was up in the 220 to 250 range depending on how slick it was.
