FROM Quincy's Facebook page: It's Raceday! Mark Twain Casino Summer Nationals Hell Tour tonight at Quincy Raceways. Grandstands open at 5:00, Hot laps 6:15, Racing at 7:00. A great field of cars is expected for a great race! We will not let you into our pit area until roughly 3:30 so that we can get a full day of drying on this 90 degree day. At 7:30am, Tommy looked and said "we are good to go" but we need to let the sun and heat do its thing today. We are expecting the pits to be fine with perhaps one or two wet areas we just work around. We won't know our plan for pitting until we see what areas completely dry out today and which don't, We will know where we are putting everyone by 3:00. We have a plan(s). Give us the space to make them work, please. Don't forget that we went through this same exercise Tuesday at Jacksonville, and most every week so far this season at Quincy. We have practice. The race track is fine Let's do this! See you tonight.
