Attention all fans and drivers going to Atomic Speedway. North of Waverly almost to the track ,AND South of Waverly to Piketon is all ONE lane due to construction. Be advised !.

Isn't this like the 5th year in a row it's been that way? Maybe longer? They just paved a huge section on that huge hill, wonder why they keep having to work on stuff.
